Summer Yoga

In this 60 minute yoga class we will focus on the structural alignment of both seated and standing yoga postures with an emphasis on developing strength, stamina, flexibility and balance. It will be conducted as a learning experience so each student gains awareness and knowledge of their own body.

The class is suitable for all levels and abilities.  Instructions given for modifying poses to make the class more accessible

Pure beginners are especially welcome!

Bring your favorite yoga mat and props.
