Beginning Clay and Beyond with Ellen Sedgwick, Fall 2025

This will be a wheel based class focusing on basic skills for beginners or building off of
previous wheel work for those more experienced. Each class a demo on the wheel will be given highlighting
certain forms/techniques. Students will have wheel time to practice from the demo or work on their own ideas.
The last class students will focus on glazing their final pieces. Please bring a towel and personal water bottle
(there is no drinking water in the studio) and a work apron if you would like one. Clay, tools and firing included
Sundays 1pm - 3pm.  5 weeks: September 7 - October 5
